At 7:05 pm June 12th 2010 looking west. Location Davenport, Iowa. Air Temp 83f humidity of 68%. In the video you will see several chem trails covering the sun. There are also at least three sun dog's in various locations. The sun dogs and chembow appeared and disappeared within 10 minutes. On location at time of filming, A very low hum or deep vibration can be felt & heard in my head. As soon as the sun dogs/rainbows disappeared the vibration went away. Alto there are no known HAARP locations in the area, There may be portable antenna stations. Our location is only 2 miles from a army reserve airport. The UFO in the video is a balloon. None the less, A very weird looking balloon. NOTE: This video is speculation only.
