Hi, I am currently trying to find a place to rent that has 3 bedrooms and is within my budget. It is ridiculous! I have called every building complex around and they said that I do not make enough. But the thing is that I can put down 6 months when I move in. Then I'll have another 6 months worth after that. But no one will rent to me that way. Now I am looking at renting from a personal owner. Ugh! That is getting hard too! I live in Davenport and prefer to stay in Quad Cities. The Iowa side at least. PLEASE HELP ME! I do not know what to do anymore and I need to move by mid march at the latest. I have checked Craigslist, put an ad on craigslist, checked online, called ALL the apartments, duplexes, town-homes, and homes as well as driven around and have not found anything. Please give me any suggestions that you have! My needs: - No more than $650- $700 a month - Utilities included. Will be willing to pay electricity if everything else is included. - In Quad Cities and in Iowa - Prefer a yard that is not on a hill - Would like to have 2 bathrooms but not needed - Not an area known for crime. I have kids and do not want to worry about them playing outside and getting shot, kidnapped, etc. I hope that I have not sounded to picky. I have tried not to be. I am really open to what you have.
